    I've got a ton of '89 Upper Deck Biggio's in Mint/Gem Mint condition if I can find them. Let me know if you'd be interested and I'll look for them.

    That 1989 Score Rising Stars has no 10's according to the pop report, but I think the sets are pretty cheap to purchase on ebay. You might try that. I have one I have been thinking of opening and subbing. Not sure how they come out of the package though.

    The cards in that set are super glossy and stick together. Probably the reason there are no 10's.
