How in the heck did PCGS figure this one was OK?????? I mean it just screams questionable color/cleaning to me.

What the heck caused the stain covering the date and motto? That in itself is a dead giveaway that something isn't right.

Hard to tell from a scan. They only graded it 62 which tells you it is very low quality.
