A question. A local B&M has many types of one ounce silver coins, Eagles, Maples, etc. They are proced about $2 over spot. They also have about 10 Coins between 1978-1980 that are called Onza's from Mexico that have a scale or balance beam on the front. The weight and purity of the coin are on the coin. They are asking 50 cents over spot for those coins. Unlike the Maples and Eagles which have clean mirror surfaces, the Onza's although uncirculated appear to have bag marks. At 50 cents over spot are these a reasonable option?

Fifty cents over melt sounds like a good deal to me.
