34-23 over the Bolts on MNF. 6-0 for the first time since 1998. When Denver has gone 6-0 to start a season in the past they have made it to the Superbowl.
Hmmmmmm.
They might be the surprise team this year.

Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.
I do know one thing though...Norv Turner is an absolute freaking moron!!!!! You've got the ball at your opponent's 2 yard line, and you pull LaDainian Tomlinson off the field on third down
I've calmed down quite a bit since the replay call on the Broncos' last touchdown. The player was touched down with the ball outside the goal line. It should've been fourth down at the 6" line!!!!!!!!!
All that said though, the Chargers are an absolute complete JOKE!!!!!
I've been following them seriously since 1973, and this is turning out to be the most disappointing season ever (of too many completely disappointing seasons to count)

<< <i>I am stoked at the 6-0 record of the Broncos, but......................... someone has got to put his foot down and get rid of the throw back brown and yellow and white uniforms. Talk about uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuugly, especially the vertically striped socks. >>
They seem to be succesful wearing them though! I agree they are horrible eye sores but the Broncos are playing out of their minds in them!

See you in two weeks---- Sonny
I would not be surprised to see your prediction come true; and I would not be surprised to see a rerun of last year with Denver blowing it and not making the playoffs at all.
However, the 2009 Broncos are not a retread of the 1999-2008 medicore and disappointing "Post Elway" Mike Shanahan coached Broncos.
The 2009 team has a new quarterback (who is playing well); a new enthusiastic head coach; and Mike Nolan as defensive coordinator [Nolan is a great defensive coach]. Add to the mix a stable well run organization and an influx of new players and you have a recipe for possible success.
It may be that it is all so new and happening so fast that none of the coaches or players appreciate just how hard it is to play so well.
6-0 today and fun all around. A bye this weekend. The Ravens in two weeks, after which a 7-0, 6-1 or
6-0-1 record is guaranteed. For now its all good in the Broncos' Hood.
Looking at the standings, I can see Denver not making the playoffs at all, with San Diego getting in at 11-5 winning the division, the Broncos at 10-6, and either Pittsburgh or Baltimore taking the wild card. But I could also look silly again if that defense keeps playing as well as it has.
It has to be a great time to be a Broncos fan with all the new changes after that long run of mediocrity.
