I have offered to sell silver before and been told that it's worth N times face. Can anyone tell me how that number is derived for a given spot price?

Ahh.. Cool! Thanks for your help. to be clear... that is the actual price of the silver. What I am offerered will be something less for the dealer I imagine.

What you want for them? Grade/shape they in? I'm a possible buyer. Silver dollars are .77 x's spot x's face

I bought a roll of UNC 1921 morgans, a roll of UNC peace Dollars and a UNC roll of 1964 Kennedy halves for 750. I was wondering how I did from a bullion standpoint.

I generally buy currency as that is what I know best... but sometimes people have coins and misc with their notes... and they want to sell... so I have bought this group and another one that is on the way from a guy who had currency.
