VCP Help would be appreciated

I would appreciate some VCP help on a 1951 Topps Connie Mack's All Star Grover Cleveland Alexander. I found out today that he is pictured in a Cardinals uniform and I am going to have to get one. There is one on Ebay (raw) right now for $299.

Does VCP only show graded cards?
