Mortgage Rates go lower and gold goes higher(?)

It seems the 30yr and 15yr have come back down to new or near lows. Any pros in the area think they will get lower between now and the end of the year?

    I believe interest rates are going higher. Gold likes higher rates.

    just got a consolidation refi 30 year fixed for 4.625% this week.

    I would strongly advise anyone with a floating rate loan to get it locked in with a fixed rate loan ASAP. At some point inflation will start to pick up and when it does interest rates will start taking off, think about it how much lower can the prime go than 0%???
