Listed in the SCD Catalog as "1988 Minnesota Twins Fire Safety"
This 8-1/4" x 3-3/4" booklet contains a dozen postcards called Color-Grams featuring caricatures (suitable for coloring) of star players. Postcards are attached along a perforated edge to a baseball card-size stub with a black-and-white photo of the featured player. Backs include the player name and personal information. The card stubs include the same information, along with a fire prevention tip. Twins Color-Grams were produced as a public service by the U.S. Forest Service and Dept. of Agriculture and were distributed to fans at the Metrodome.
Oh and it lists Puckett as $4.00. So much for book value!
I bet those things have to be pretty rare, being a stadium giveaway and with a coloring portion attached. I'd assume many probably got colored on or thrown away!
Here's a copy of the booklet cover. I was going to scan the page w/Kirby, but I didn't want to break the binding doing it. If you'd like a pic of the Kirby page (it's got a photo of him on the stub with the postcard), I can use a camera and see how it comes out. LMK.

The guy that sold the Puckett from the '88 Fire Safety set had a bunch of Kirby oddball items on eBay lately. Check his Completed Items for prices. Some were very strong, several multiples of "book" value.
I see another of the coloring-card Pucketts is up on eBay closing in six days; it will be interesting to see what it brings.
I also see 93% of the under-bidder's bids are with this seller. Maybe he's also a big Puckett collector?
The guy who listed is Jason and he has a fantastic collection. I'm not sure if he is selling parts or just extras but his cards are typically very good condition which is why the few guys who bid don't mind offering 5-10X book because they may never find another example in as good of shape. I still think most of it went 3-5X too much but when you want quality, he has it. Oh and you might wait all year to find the individual parts he listed last night...which might be why it drew such attention.

BTW, all three of the guys who were winning and pushing the bids all post in these forums. The guy that won most of the stuff is Kory who recenetly moved into the #1 spot in the master set.

I've got the booklet intact. I'll scan it a little later and post a pic of the cover...
