The scanner highlighted the rough cut and makes it look a lot worse than it is, but yeah, ehhh.

I'm betting that the card looks a lot better in hand, but probably not 9 worthy.

Should be at the most an 8 due to the paper loss that extends well onto the surface of the edges.

Looks nice, dark borders always show white spots, look at T205, '55 bowman, '53, '71 topps, etc.

I agree. Contrast on card and case is off....seller is hurting his photos. Maybe he is tweaking them and not paying attention to the card...just the color. Note how the case looks a little yellow. Still, should be an 8 IMO.

  • VCP for this card is as follows:

    10/8/06 eBay $4,152.02
    8/8/06 eBay $4,500.00
    8/11/05 Memory Lane $4,364.25

What would be a reasonable price for this card?
Throughout history, poverty is the normal condition of man. Advances which permit this norm to be exceeded — here and there, now and then — are the work of an extremely small minority, frequently despised, often condemned, and almost always opposed by all "right-thinking" people. Whenever this tiny minority is kept from creating, or (as sometimes happens) is driven out of a society, the people then slip back into abject poverty.

This is known as “bad luck.”

I think the scan hurts the presentation of the card a lot, it's probably really nice in person and while maybe a slider it's not the worst 9 we've ever seen.

As far as the price that seller has a lot of cards and I think a lot of $ and maybe he's like Levi, that if you want the card bad enough you'll pay his price or make a close offer and if not then that's ok too. If it doesn't sell then he still has a 55B Banks psa 9.

You would think he'd notice how bad the scan looks and try to replace it with a better looking scan.

Everyone is so preoccupied with the front of this card, that no one realizes that the back is miscut.
