Nice cards! The thumbnail pictures weren't showing up in the eBay listings though (for me).

Thanks! I use html and my own webhosting site for the pictures. I haven't figured out how to link those to the thumbnail images.

The problem is if I use their free picture service, then I can't use the html as well. I don't like the quality and size of their zoom feature.

you can use the free pic and put in the HTML to get your own pic. I have done it without isse. just cut and paste the html into the auction description when you write the auction text

I've tried that in the past and I ended up getting the html test showing in the description instead of the photo. Do I need to change the way I put in the html tag if I'm not using the 'html' tab for the auction description?

when your typing up the auction description you have to switch from regular text, to doing the auction in HTML. cut and past the HTML code into the description, than click back to regular text. voila. its in the description plain as day.

That's what I do (Sample Auction Listing)

When you click "Add pictures", click on the "Self Hosting" tab at the top of the screen. Then, paste the URL that points to your self-hosted picture into the edit field (for example, http://www.bobsbbcards.com/images/baseball/forsale/101509/57Topps129Rogovin.jpg), and click "Insert Picture".

I also like to add pictures of the front and back of the card at the end of my auction description. Once I've entered what I want for the description, I click on the "HTML" tab, and paste something like the following at the end of the description, and then click on the "Standard" tab again.

Obviously, I can get unlimited pictures by just including more <img> codes.

Thanks to everyone for your help. I managed to get the thumbnails added. Also, this is a good excuse to bump this thread since the auctions close tomorrow. BTW, I've set the minimum bid to be in-line with the lower end of VCP pricing. I did this because of the recent changes to eBay which make it more difficult for potential buyers to find what they want to buy. eBay's addage - If it ain't broke, fix it!
