Help with value of 1970 Topps Football Calvin Hill Name in Black

I'm looking for any help on the value of the Calvin Hill Name in Black in PSA 7 and PSA 8.

For those with experience on this and the Lance Rentzel Name in Black issue please provide any help you can with scarcity or any information you might have.

Calvin Hill Black Variation - According to VCP:

1 sale PSA 7 $41.00
4 sales PSA 8 $141.49, $56.09, $31.02, $99.00

Red Variation - According to VCP:

4 sales PSA 7 average close $8.75
17 sales PSA 8 average close $33.50

Obviously, the Red variation is more common. Ratio of scarcity based on closed sales is 4:1
