Edit: I'd trust "Sully" as in "Sully" Sullenberger, but not Bubba Sully...if Bubba were the pilot, the outcome on the Hudson might have been different.

All of my dealings with BubbySully thus far have been positive. In fact, I was just on the phone with Mr. Sullivan last week regarding an order of mine... a very personable and friendly guy, IMHO. And if you have any issues, I'm sure he'll go out of his way to try and make good on it... at least that's been my experience.
