Pop Report question

I'm looking at the 1989 Score Supplemental football cards. I notice that a number of them are listed twice. Normally, if I see something listed twice it is because of an autograph card, but this doesn't appear to be the case. For example, Mike Webster is listed at 400S as 1 Authentic, 4 PSA 10's. Then just below it says Mike Webster 400S at 1 PSA 9, and 7 PSA 10's. Then below that it shows Mike Webster 400S PSA/DNA 1 Authentic. Quite a few other players are listed twice (Guy McIntyre, Tony Zendejas, etc...). Anybody know why?

Looks to me that someone from the Registry made a mistake of creating additional rows when entering newly graded cards into the population report.
The totals of the individual pops on the breakdown page do match the totals from the main page.
