1986 Sports Illustrated Test Sticker

What are these? How rare are these?

From what I understand that this is a multisport set of 16. Dale Murphy is included in this set.

Anyone have any of these?

Any scans?

I am not sure how rare they are. I have had a Gary Carter in my collection for years, have heard different stories about rarity from different collectors/dealers but not sure what the truth is.

The first example from this set was just graded (Lawrence Taylor), there is a thread about it on the registry forum.

    Here are 14 of the 16. I don't have access to the book by Phil Regli which lists them all. Basketball: Jordan, Bird, Magic, Dominque; Football: L. Taylor, H. Walker;

Baseball: Eric Davis, Don Mattingly, Ozzie Smith, Dale Murphy, Gary Carter, Darryl Strawberry, Doc Gooden, Kirby Puckett.

I copied and pastes this from the thread on the set registery forum, Sweet poppage Lawerence Taylor, second page

If you ever, ever see this available buy it immediately!! They are extremely rare. I looked for my Ozzie for over 20 years and only found one person that was selling and that was only because he came into a small find of them. You can expect to pay a lot for it because Murphy collectors are crazy, but don't hesitate if there is an opportunity to buy one. Here is what mine looks like:

Does anyone know much about this set? I tried to google the set and came up empty handed. The set seems pretty rare as there is only 20 cards in the set with 15/20 are HOF'ers There's 3 Football, 4 basketball and 13 baseball players. There's only been 113 total graded by PSA out of the 20 cards and Beckett hasn't graded a single one. I've always been intrigued by odd ball sets. I'm just curious if this set has major upside?

    Here's the checklist:
    4219 John Elway
    4224 Lawrence Taylor
    4286 Herschel Walker
    4433 Larry Bird
    4434 Magic Johnson
    4447 Dominique Wilkins
    4465 Michael Jordan
    4528 Wade Boggs
    4544 Dale Murphy
    4553 Gary Carter
    4558 Rickey Henderson
    4564 Darryl Strawberry
    4574 Ryne Sandberg
    4575 Dwight Gooden
    4579 Don Mattingly
    4583 Roger Clemens
    4587 Kirby Puckett
    4590 Eric Davis
    4593 Ozzie Smith
    4595 Andre Dawson

It appears that the items I have scanned are not what you are talking about, but maybe someone is also familiar with these. They fit into 4 pocket pages and look like that might have been used to promote the larger SI posters. They are fairly thin stock and semi-glossy. They do not appear to be stickers, but I have not tried to peel them either. they could have been cut from a larger poster maybe?

Anyone know for sure what these are?

I also have this, which is closer to cardboard stock. It looks like it may have actually been affixed to a larger item, such as a poster point of sales display?

    These are large wall posters.

    23" x 35"

When I was a child I had a bunch of them on my wall.

No these are 3"x5" and were actual cards/sticker. I'm hoping someone can give me some insight on these cards.

Here'a an example of one of them graded.
