Need Ebay Turbo Lister Help

I am trying to list some items on Ebay for the first time in several months. I use Turbo Lister for my listings. Things have changed a little since the last time I listed anything. When I try to uplaod the listing I get an error message that says "handling time is now required". I found where to put the handling time in for a couple listings but I can't find it now. It is supposed to be under the SHIPPING OPTIONS tab. I tried the help link but that didn't help. Can someone please help me?
Thanks, James

    Should be right below

    "domestic shipping."

    ...............................

You can load a new version of TL, if you cannot find the required tab.

Save all your old TL files and dump them into the new TL.

Thanks Storm. I found it but it is only there when I do the CREATE NEW ITEM type listing. I guess I'll add a new item and try to save the settings. Hopefully that will work.
    Thanks, James

It's not working like it should. When I add the auction category the drop down menu for Domestic Handling Time disappears. I tried doing the handling time first and saving it for future listings but that didn't work. Why does Ebay have to make everything so difficult?

You may want to click the "check for updates" button to make sure you are working off of the latest version.

Also, I had a bunch of stuff in an eBay store that I closed a few months back. It has been easier just to create a new template and add the information to the new template rather than manipulate an old listing and make it work.

    Hope this helps.

    Yup.

That's why I always tell folks to just load a whole new version.

If a company was trying to sell a product like TL, they would
have been out of biz after a month.

BETA Version 1,000,000,000,000...... and it still only works sometimes.

    ............

Starting with a fresh template is usually a fair workaround.

I updated a couple hours ago. That didn't help so I downloaded it again. That didn't help either. I've tried using a new template and using an existing template. What I can't figure out is how I got a couple auctions up and running and now can't.

Try clearing your cache and ALL the internet stuff in it.

    Restart.

    Open TL.

Select "new" and build a new template.

    ...............

If none of that works, save your text that is in TL.

    UNINSTALL TL.

    Clear cache.

    Restart.

    Load fresh version of TL.

    ...........................

    I dunno.

    Mine is working.

That was a pain in the butt. I had to update the update I updated earlier. Downloading TL again didn't help but this 3rd update finally got it working. I found directions on the Ebay discussion boards. See directions below. Thanks for all the help.

Here are the steps: 1. On the left side of your Turbo Lister screen, click on the word "Inventory" - to make sure you are in the Inventory view. 2. Hold down the Ctrl, Alt, Shift, and R keys at the same time. When a pop-up window appears, click the OK button. 3. Under the Tools menu, select "Check for Program Updates". Please wait while the program downloads the information and updates the program. This regularly takes up to 10 minutes or so - even with a high-speed Internet connection - so please be patient.
