it could be, i believe it came out quarterly. i have one, but it's falling apart. Mine has vintage baseball and fb.
Covers much more vintage than the regular beckett, like cerv rc, lolich rc, common furillo's, if you know what i mean.

magazine would list cards only, no memorbilia. The one i have is titled "Vintage"
