Need Shipping Advice

Lets say a single buyer purchased 5 complete sets, valued at 2-3k each, from a seller. The seller would like to ship the sets in 3 separate large priority flat rate boxes for size and insurance purposes. As long the seller properly insures and uses signature conf. on each separate box, would this method be legit and within eBay and PP guidelines? I think it is, but I want to make sure there is no loopholes that would allow the buyer to come back on the seller. Registered is too slow, but UPS may be an option, but would they insure bb cards?
Thanks in advance

Priority Mail is fine with PayPal.

I would use Express Mail, instead; less time for drama.

    .................

To be bulletproof with PayPal, it would be best to issue
FIVE seperate invoices, and use FIVE seperate boxes.

This prevents a crook from easily claiming that the contents
    of the boxes are "incomplete."

    ...................................

In general, the $-transaction described is really too large
    to trust PayPal with.

Yup, the insurance is a bit cheaper.

We are dealing with 3 to 5 boxes here.
The Reg-fee is charged for each box.

    A: Priority + Reg + Ins + Sig-Con

    vs.

    B: Express + Ins

Item A might still be cheaper than B, but I am too lazy to do the math.

    ...........

Sig-Con is also needed for any of the methods other
    than Express.

The Express paperwork - viewable online - replaces
    Sig-Con, for PayPal purposes.

    ..............

NEVER waive the sig on the Express Mail form. The
waiver - sig by carrier - may/will NOT be accepted
    by PayPal.

In that case it is only Priority mail for the rate, the registered parcel does not get to the recipient
in 2 to 3 days. After a certain value one id forced to pay priority rates for registered mail.

    Good for you.
