Question on OC cards

I picked up a few 68 hockey cards graded PSA 8 & 9 OC. How much value is lost on OC cards from SMR actual values?

they usually drop 2 full grades in value.. sometimes less depending on the player... and how O/C

I have read that they lose 2 whole grades....so the 9 would sell for more like a 7 and the 8 for more like a 6
