Losing today to the Texans. 1-3 so far this year.

Nothing seems to change for the Raiders. Disfunctional and undisciplined.

    The Raiders have the NFL's worst starting QB in Russell, hands down. However, I would gladly trade Romo for him, straight up, just to get that turnover machine out of Dallas.

    JaMarcus Russell is beyond horrible so far this season.

    His QB rating for the year is 39.8.

    For comparison, Ryan Leaf's career QB rating is 50.0.

    The only reason his rating isn't worse is because too many of the passes he's thrown have missed the receivers so badly that the DBs couldn't intercept, either.

    With an average QB, the Raiders wouldn't be a complete embarrassment.
