When submitting a checklist for a team set where do you submit it? Is it in the comments section or do you e-mail it somewhere? Thanks in advance for the help.

Yes , put it in the comments section , after you have listed your (5) cert numbers ! It really doesn't matter , I think , as I have done it before , and when the set is finnally in line to be added to the Registry , they will email you again requesting a checklist and a suggested weighting ! So make a request with your 5 cert numbers now , and do your homework on making a complete checklist and suggested weighting ! Also , it helps if more then one person requests the set you want to add , to move it up the request list faster ! Hope that helps you !

<< <i>What is the usual turn around time for a set to be added to the registry? I'm trying to get a providence college basketball set registered for rookie cards of any player drafted or played in NBA that attended PC. One or 2 of the players were drafted in the 70s but never had cards made of them.. they did appear in PC basketball set made in 1990. i know that psa doesn't consider this a rookie card.. but if no other card exsists will they allow it?
Thanks >>
Right now, the registry is moving along very smoothly. I would say you are looking at about 3 to 5 weeks to get a new set on registry. I would suggest you send them the complete checklist of all the cards that will be in the set to minimize the research time.
As for your PC rookie card set, it is really not PSA’s job to signify what card is the true rookie for any player. Rookie card status is merely a provenance given to a specific card by collectors signifying the first card for a particular player. The debate over a players rookie card is purely subjective among collectors. Some collectors feel that the very first card printed for a player is their rookie card. Others believe that a rookie card is the players first card produced by a major manufacturer In my collecting world, Dale Earnhardt’s rookie card is considered to be from the 1989 Maxx regular set. However, in my opinion, his card in the 1983 UNO set is his rookie card since it was truly his first card. So my suggestion to you is to include the PC basketball cards in your set request (unless they are made by Star). Since some of those cards are the first and only cards of that player, I would think they should be in the set. Submit it and let the chips fall where they may.
