Could be a scam? Anything is possible, but you go right ahead and making accusations based on looking at two "conflicting" images rather than doing some research. You may want to be careful about such claims because based upon the auctioneers' buying habits, sounds like there's the seller likes Katana swords and pretty large lingerie (and they're Canadian!!!).
<< <i>Appears he's using the same scan/image as the previous auction for the front and may be using a stock image for the reverse. Based upon the fact that he purchased the item, I'm not too sure that there's a reason to report him.

He paid $150 and his auction is almost hitting $300, maybe he's just taking part in eBay's "steal any images to represent your own" program, should have used a PSA 9.
Hey, hey, easy on Canadians!
And I would like to know, since when did size 14 large become large?

The wife wears a 2-4. I realize that 14 isn't an elephant, but it is certainly a woman with a little bit of substance or a guy that isn't too imposing (always have to assume it may be a cross-dresser). I guess a 14 is a little smaller in Canada given the exchange rate...

Hey, thanks to your economy the exchange rate has been great for years!
and yeah, it looks like he shills.

<< <i>Has no one here noticed yet the card in the holder IS an OPC and it's just mis-labeled??? Check out the trademark yellow dot on Gretzky's shoulder, which only appears on the OPC versions. Just another fine example of PSA's lack of quality control. >>
This was the reason for my post.
Something is not right with this auction.

Are you going to report yourself when you Scam with your Rookie Reprints??????
<< <i>To the top. Since you edited out all of your replies to your earlier fake Gretzky scam, the board must know the truth!!!! >>
While I didn't agree with Mullins5 about his original intentions of selling the counterfeit Gretzky, I do think he was very upfront with his intentions, so I don't see why it is necessary to continue this crusade. He was going to make a bad decision, brought the issue to the board, and decided against it.

I hope he decided against it. All he had to do in the original thread was say he realized the error of his ways and he would not look to exploit counterfeits.
Instead he first criticized everyone who said it was a bad idea to sell counterfeits and then later edited out all of his posts.
We need people who are up front in this hobby. We have been burned many times right here in this little message board community by scammers. Anyone who is not up front with their transactions will be promptly brought to task for their actions.
They were in the scans he attached.
<< <i>the board must know the truth!!!! >>
This thread has nothing to do with reprints, it's about a fraudulent listing.
<< <i>his cards were stamped REPRINT, were they not?

We have no idea. He edited out all of the damage in the thread.
