Does this Morgan have a die crack?

After reading a thread about a die crack, I thought of this coin. The lines shown in the pictures are fairly continuous around the whole rim, obv and rev. Does it have a special VAM because of it?

Yes, it's a die crack. Die cracks are a function of age - lots of coins struck and the dies....crack. They are very common on Morgan dollars and nothing unusual.

We don't record die cracks in the VAM descriptions because they are naturally occurring, like wrinkles.
