Considering the price it sold for, and the cost of submission/postage, etc., I would suggest you not submit it to any service.
It's a minor rim clip, not a full clip, and it's not worth a premium over the MS-64 value as a normal coin, imo.
However, you're welcome to spend the money if you want - you just won't get it back in value.

It's more noticable in the reverse pic. Notice how the denticles are flattened in that area.
