How do you update an icon for your avatar? As you can see mine is a big fat ugly X.

Click profile, scroll down to the bottom, click view all, wait a while for the avatars to load, pick an avatar, remember or write down the name of the avatar.

Then, go to the drop down menu, find the name of the avatar, click it then click update.

If you want to upload your own, you need to wait till the 15th of next month

While logged-in to the message boards, click on "profile" on the upper right of your screen.

Then at the bottom of the screen that comes up, you'll find a box labeled "Select the author icon you wish to use:". To the right of this box, you can click on "view all". This will bring up all the icons available on the CU database. Simply pick one of these icons. Once you've done this, the title of your chosen icon will appear in the box on your profile page. Click "Update" on that page and you're done.

On the 15th of each month, everyone can change their icon to one of their own choosing (meaning their own icon that is not on the CU database). This can only be done on the 15th day of the month, and must conform to CU's size limitations.
