broke to get himself transferred?

It appears - since the answer to that question is nowhere
on the internet, even though this story has gone viral - that
the details of his "violation" may be covered by a juvenille
shield law.

EVERYBODY speaks VERY highly of Morgan, and I doubt his
"violation" was outrageous enough to warrant moving him
away from his team at a time of community devastation.
