1982 topps cello variations

I just noticed this and wanted to know why some 82 cello packs don't say baseball on them and some do? Was it topps way of saving money and wrapped football with the same wrapper? Any other years like this?

I doubt they would have used it for football as the logo includes a baseball bat in the picture...
