Possible EBAY Scam going on now.. 36 D 3 1/2 Legs

I was doing some research on this coin when I came upon this one on ebay.... Looks like the same exact coin on Stella coin news.... However there is the possibility that it is the same exact coin. What should we do?

1936 D 3 1/2 Leg Listing on Ebay

Here is the page from Stella coin news.com... what are the chances that it is in fact the same coin? Seller lists it as an XF.....

Also note that the coin in question looks like it is housed in an NGC edge type holder.... Is it really that hard to take an honest photo?

I say he full of BS. The coin shown is a raw coin. No picture of a slab in the auction. Therefore
he cannot mention PCGS. Pull that baby! Keyword spamming.

Oh, and he probably does not have the coin.

That is what I was thinking also... I don't know how to get the auction pulled or to notify Ebay.... Like I said earlier looks like the picture was obviously stolen.

eBay only yanks auctions with stolen pictures if the owner of the picture complains and no one else.

Since this is for a collectible coin, I'm not sure what they would do about using an image that is not of the coin in hand. That's another story.

It does look like the picture was lifted, though.

I'd ask for the slab number.

With-out an image/cert# of the slab, the seller can claim PCGS stood for,

    Pie-eyed
    Certified
    Goofy
    Service

and you would not have a leg to stand on...get it?

The coin pictured sure looks a lot better than EF45 to me. I know if it was mine and I wanted to sell it ebay would be one of the LAST places I'd go with it. A coin of this stature belongs in a major auction.

The listing violates eBay coin selling policy, because it does not show the coin in the slab. should be reported as such.

Has eBay dropped the ball here or everywhere?

    Reported again.
