Nice card! Tough to find clean and centered...
Print spots, ding on right edge + less than perfect upper left corner.
Maybe I'm seeing it wrong, but 4SC got real lucky with this one.
If I sent that in, it would be 8.5.
I get 10s on 77s only when they're perfect.
I wonder if Frank (czar216) is in on this one.
If you haven't seen his '77 set, it is really something.
Must be nice!!!
CDsNuts, 1/9/15
I don't have a slabbed 77 Topps Yount, but would rather have a PSA 9 than to have that card in a PSA 10 slab. This is the first and only 10 that has been given to a 77 Topps Yount...or in this case I should say "awarded". Well, maybe now that the glass ceiling has been broken, maybe a few 9's will get sent in and get the bump. I've seen 9's that were immensely better than this one.
Matthew Huppertz, the 2009 PSA Set Registry Award Winner for the best player collection (for his Yount Master Set) is the underbidder on this one. If there's one thing I know about bidding on Yount cards, it's that I'm wasting my time bidding against him.
If this is a 10 then craigs 75 topps yount should be a 12.
I think 4SC borrows the slabbing machine on the weekends.

RIP GURU
<< <i>did you mean photo trimming board machine instead? >>
No, I think 4SC owns their own trimmer.
<< <i>This Yount...the OC Munson today...a 9 Seaver last week...prices on 77s have been through the roof lately! >>
Only on star cards, it seems. Unfortunately, low pop common cards in 9 and 10 still don't sell for what they should.
Matt had the zoom on 75 yes not the best edge I must say. Hard to tell if the cards clean or not 4sharp loves to leaves his scans in cellar viewing reminds me of looking at cards at the rosemont...
Who's 75 yount is that??? Scorcher whats the back centering like?
wth on the munson wow 411.....Have the stars been that nuts lately? Might have to send some in....

I would sub that sumb!atch until it got the 10 it deserves.

The 75 is mine. The back has a slight tilt, but it's still within range for a 10.
Would be pop 1 correct?
Man, that's some mean ROI
<< <i>Craig - from the other psa 10 '75 topps I've seen online, I would put that Yount against any of them. Fight the good fight until they get it right...and then call Don Spence. >>
No 75 PSA 10 Younts yet. I think that barrier is going to be up for a while.
Is that a crease (lower left, almost like an "X")???????

Not from what I've seen. Check out the price of this Bruce Sutter RC PSA 10

That makes me feel better sold 3 back in the day for 300-400 then saw them jump to a grand....

I wonder if the seller's feedback had anything to do with the lower price.
<< <i>Yep...the 75 Topps Yount is a Pop 0 in PSA 10. >>
Doesn't PSA give a little sticky note reason now as to why a card
doesn't bump on review? Or is this not a normal practice for them?
I have always cracked and resubbed, but I would really like to see
their reason to keep the Yount out of a 10 slab

Having it bounce around in the holder doesn't help, either. You would think that for an exceptional card like that they would try a little harder for maximum quality on their presentation. Having said that, I've bought or won several cards from them that looked rather better in hand than in the scan.
I'm guessing their thought process was that showing that label was all that was needed to set the air raid sirens off. Which seems to be what happened.
