It is opened (I wanted to see what it looked like when I bought a few years ago) but only looked at once and has been well cared for and stored in a smoke free environment. I have the original cardboard mailer that it came in and if you are interested I can email you pics.
I have no idea what the value of this thing is because only 5,000 were made and as such it is hard to ascertain the market value. I'm completely open to reasonable offers though. Being as it is 1 of only 5,000 in existence I am not interested in giving it away for practically nothing but any reasonable offer will be considered.
If you have one of these and can provide insight into the market value please PM me! thanks
I also have a like new Dansco Jefferson Nickel 1938 to Date album that was used briefly to hold high grade UNC Jeffersons. It looks like new and was stored in a smoke free environment. $12.00
