Registry issue when adding inventory?

Has anyone else notice that when adding new cards that are upgrades to existing items they no longer get automatically replaced it your sets, even if you check the box? It even state that there is an existing item, but it says that item is the higher grade.

    I've not had any problems with the better grade cards replacing lesser grade cards. Just ignore the message, which is very confusing, and implies that nothing happened.

    May be something with my account, I've had the manually "replace" every upgrade in my last three additions.
