Please Help With Ancient Gold Coin Identification (images)

Please help with the identification of this coin. We very little with ancients. I am guessing that it is a Greek gold drachm, maybe Sicily? 300 B.C. or so?

It weights 2.3 grams and has a diameter of 13 mm. It tests as 22K gold.

Thanks in advance....

A "gold drachm" would weigh 4.3 grams; a gold coin of 2.3 grams doesn't fit into the Sicilian gold standard very well.

I'm thinking it might be a plated bronze coin; a 2.3 gram solid gold ancient coin should be smaller than 10mm across. Get a specific gravity test done on it t see if it really is solid gold.

I should also point out that I have a small silver coin with a very similar goat on it, that no-one seems to know where it comes from; I've asked several experts. I'm still unsure of whether my coin is an imitation or not.
