A couple of halfpennies here. One is certified, the other was a lucky gamble.
1919, PCGS MS64RB, much more "R" than "B"
1892, raw. This is the first example of this deceptively tough date I've been able to obtain in MS. Seller's pics first.
Here are my pics. The coin is not as red and brilliant as suggested, but I'm still very pleased with what I received.

Coin in hand, I agree with your assessment. It will be either a 63 or 64.
