I came across the coin in the attached photo and have been unable to determine what it is. Can someone help me?

Welcome to the Forum. The coin is some Roman coin or copy of a Roman coin. I'm not qualified to state which one.

i would also say Hadrian-- Roman emperor of 117-38 A.D. Also appears to be a sestertius, the largest size coin of the Roman Empire
