OT: Selling tickets on EBay

I have some upcoming tickets to a sporting event that I'm not going to use, and I've decided to try selling them on EBay. I have sold lots of cards on EBay but never event tickets. What is the cheapest way to get electronic tracking on a PWE so that I have protection against an INR claim?
If worse comes to worse, I know I could put them in a bubble mailer with a couple styrofoam peanuts to make it thick enough to use DC... but is there a better way?
Thanks very much for any advice.

Certified Mail will work on a PWE, and is viewable online
for PayPal purposes.
Over $250, you would still need a signature from recipient
to avoid INR problems. Return Recept Requested is not OK
with PayPal, unless it has become viewable online. (I don't
think it has, but I am too lazy too look it up.) usps.com

I just did track and confirm on a couple of Certified slips.
They only show "delivered.;" no sigs.
BUT, it is possible that the "Restricted Delvery" service
might show a sig online. I don't know that. (There is a
small fee for RD, but it would be worth it if it meets PP
requirements.)

<< <i>You might consider stubhub instead of ebay. They specialize in tickets, so they can walk you through the process. >>
+1
EBAY owns stubhub.
Some EBAY listings are indexed on stubhub.
The only reason I would sell on EBAY is because
I already know how to do it. Stubhub is prolly
about as good, maybe better.

<< <i>Appreciate the help, guys! >>
I've sold spare college football tix on Ebay for 7 yrs with minimal problems. I like stubhub, but still think you're getting a bigger audience with Ebay. Re shipping, I've always used USPS priority with delivery confirm.
Always buying Bobby Cox inserts. PM me.
Edited: Oh, you want the cheapest method. In that case, DO NOT use FedEx.

I've had MUCH better luck selling tix on Stubhub but the fees are higher than eBay.
