I wanted to ask if anyone would know how much a pcgs 1999-D MS67 would cost?


Also I wanted to know have any of you collectors have had any experience in receiving an undergraded coin back from submitting to pcgs? If so, what did you do about it?

There is one in 66 ending tomorrow on eBay SBA, currently at $18.

Lots of folks think PCGS undergraded their coins, at least when they submit them. When buying however they are all overgraded

You can probably get a nice MS-67 for under $60 at this point. I think that there are now about 23 graded in MS-68, so that's a pretty high number in the upgrade pool.
