Topps T206 Buybacks

I was wondering if anyone has tried busting these out of the 'case' they came in from Topps and submitted them. I have one or two sample that look nice inside the card -- but am not familiar with what signs to look for on older cards for modification (bleaching, trimming, etc). Just wondering if anyone had any advice or experience.
For those that aren't sure what I'm talking about -- here is an auction for one (not mine):

Here's a great guide for judging authenticity of older cards. I think that's what you were asking: http://www.cycleback.com/baseballcards/
