opinions on ebay feedback

I was just wondering what star feedback does anyone give for shipping time.
is one week 5 stars? 2 weeks?

If a card is graded but problems with it not described or hidden by a bad scan...is this still 5 stars?
I received a graded psa 8 but was noticeable trimmed/undersized (yes some do get by-its off 1/8") and described as 50/50. Does seller still get 5 stars? Best thing is not to buy if a very bad scan is shown I know. I think the bad low quality scan was meant to hide the card.

On a single graded card (not inc insurance) what is an acceptable price to pay for simple bubble envelope? is $6 = 4 stars?

A fellow psa member sold be 4 cards on ebay. I have sent him 3 emails thru the psa site to remove cards from his registry and 3 more private email messages to also remove them. Its going on over 2 weeks now. What star for communication would you give?

Just wondering what some of you psa guys thought. I would rather be right than give less than appropriate feedback and regret it later.

The point of the stars is to tell it like you see it.

I would personally ding a 2 week shipping, not ding the psa card example and not ding over a shipping price I agreed to by bidding (unless it was poorly packaged or sent at a lower level of service than I paid for).

  • I look at when it was shipped. I figure within 2-3 days gets 5 stars. That seems reasonable. Within a week would get 4 stars. If it takes the seller more than a week to ship my item I might go as low as 1 or 2 stars just depending on the circumstances. But mostly I give 5 stars unless there is a major problem.

  • as long as i get the item in a reasonable amount of time and its undamaged and they didnt rip me off on cost for shipping, 5 stars across the board.

    Jay,

How ya doing?Still on the grind I see,you get a lechler yet?Who added him while still playing,a joke.
We sure lost a close one last night.
As for the stars I agree with the rest, except the communication. If you sold the cards, take
them off your registry,I can even understand forgetting now& then but after a few e-mails with no response
    there's a 1.
Good luck this year,we need it.

    thanks for the replies.

J R I did buy a lechler from a fellow board member. He emailed me and offered it.
I hope things get better this year. Maybe the team will start to click....

I agree 6 messages to remove 2 cards is more than enough......I generally give the benefit of the doubt for feedback.

Good luck on getting a 63 jimmy. its a hard one. I'm still looking to upgrade my 66 psa7
