I should've known better. Private Feedback was a huge red flag.

<< <i>If this is the same Randy Jacobson (RJake) that I've dealt with many times in the past, I would be VERY interested in the details. He was always prompt in payment for quite a few very high end items. >>
wow, i was just thinking the same. I sold this guy like 50k in cards back at the peak of grading when 89 bowman griffey sgc 98s were $1500..lol He is also the guy i sold my SGC 100 96 sp antoine walker for 1k.

Sept 5:
"Dear senileman,
i paid for this card a week ago. still waiting for it to arrive. have you shipped?
- kmillsjake"
My response, Sept 5:
Dear kmillsjake,
"Yes, I mailed it. I'm not sure what's taking so long. But it should certainly be there soon.
thanks!
Nick

Yesterday, this response from him:
"Dear senileman,
i'm not waiting much longer & if i dont hear from you soon regarding this card i paid for two weeks ago i'm banging you with negative feedback & filing complaints with paypal & ebay. got it??
- kmillsjake"
Today:
"Dear senileman,
CONGRATS ON YOUR FEEDBACK JERK!! PAYPAL CLAIM NEXT. WHEN YOU RECEIVE EMAILS ABOUT A PROBLEM, YOU ANSWER THEM, NOT IGNORE. GOT IT??
- kmillsjake"
And yes, he did give me my first neg:
"OVER TWO WEEKS SINCE PAYMENT, NO CARD & ALL EMAILS FLAT OUT IGNORED. YOU SUCK!!! Buyer:

Delivery confirmation will hopefully exonerate me. But I sure don't need to deal with a tightly-wound dude like this. Neither should anyone else.

DITTO!
but if it had delivery confirmation, was there not also a tracking number that you could have included in your initial response to his email? That way he could have tracked the shipment himself and maybe left you alone?
p.s. the buyer sure seems to be a jerk on a tight string.
Paid: xx/xx/xx. Shipped: xx/xx/xx. Delivered: xx/xx/xx. USPS DC#: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.

Yes, he bought that from me in 1999...

It does seem long.
A seller is not responsible for delays in USPS service.
A seller who mails an item in accord with the terms
of his listing, really has no control over how long the
USPS takes to deliver the item.
......
Even though I ship stuff the day of payment, the subject
buyer is not anybody I would want to deal with.
People who write the kind of emails he does are worth
laughing at, but really not worth doing biznez with.
I saw at least once where you replied to him.
I'd reply to his feedback with:
I replied to your emails, Item was sent.
Steve
Was that an error?
Steve
Well, I don't see anything extremely wrong with his responses. He seemed dissatisfied with your customer service and it does seem a bit long to get a card to him. 14 days to mail a card,
El Toro where do you see that it took 14 days to mail the card? Som stated in his reply to the buyer that it was mailed within the first week.
While Som makes no mention of the actual day he mailed it, it was well before 14 days.
Steve
I added him to my BBL. Thanks for the heads up!
DC did indeed clear me: my money was reinstated, my negative was withdrawn and kmillsjake has been NARU'd.
