Paypal help Please !!!

Good day,
This started recently but now it does it every time I try and send money. (My last three transactions I have only been able to pay by getting the other party to request money).
I get this and this message even when I am sending money to somebody I have already sent money to.

Some required information is missing or incomplete. Please correct your entries and try again.

Email Address: Please enter a valid address in the format name@domain.com.
In Red on The Paypal send money page.

Help?????

Thanks
Neil

Neil, an ongoing problem You have to manually type the address, cut and paste isn't getting it done for some reason. Just make sure to double check your typing before hitting send.

    Neil...

You might try clearing your brower cache and see if that helps.

I had that happen when I copied and pasted the email address. What I found out works is after I paste the email address I delete the last letter then retype it and it works the same as if you type in the entire address. Or if you type fast just always type in the entire email address.

I just had that problem this morning while I was trying to send a payment to one of our board members. The problem is when you copy and past the email address into Paypal.

Example. copy and paste sample@yahoo.com into paypal and then erase the "s" and retype it...It only takes one manually typed letter to rectify the problem.
