    Can file a claim at 15 day's from date of mailing. I plan on doing this.

    I have a sentence to this effect on my standard eBay boilerplate, at the bottom of each listing. Not that too many people actually read these, but....at least it's an attempt.

    More registered mail delivery data...

    I picked up a registered package today- it was mailed at 4PM on Thursday (11-5) in SoCal and the delivery notice was in my PO box at 8AM today (11-9) in Idaho.
