I could not be more confident when I say if this IHC were submitted today it would be a lock 65, shot 66. It is THAT nice and THAT clean! In fact, if it were to be sent to CAC it would likely receive the Gold Bean sticker if ever a coin deserved one. Superior strike and whisper clean surfaces. I usually try not to over-boast a coin but this one id deserving of it. Housed in an old PCGS rattler.
