German grading help: Zainende

When a coin is described as "Zainende", I am assuming that this refer to a rim bump or flat spot? Are these typically mint made (bad planchets), or damage? Here is one in particular that caught my eye. I am guessing that the bump on the obverse at 5:00 is the zainende reference, but I am curious to know what this might suggest.

I have one as well. It means that when the planchet was struck with the die, the pressure led to an uneven effect on the surface leaving it flat and not round.
It does take some of the eye appeal and value, yet does not at all indicate mount or doctoring.
