42 for UT
<< <i>Opening spread on Florida was 73. They would have covered that if Tebow was allowed to be Tebow. >>
True. Tebow had 2 passes dropped that should have been caught. Also, no way is Florida gonna cover the 73 point spread as Urban is not the type of coach to leave in his starters after the game is in hand l(unlike Bob Stoops). Yesterday Tebow was pulled after the 2nd quarter as he was many times last year. If he was left all 4 quarters during all his games last year he'd have 2 Heismans. Bradford was left in to run up scores & voters couldn't see past that. Don't be surprised if the same thing plays out again this year. Tebow's looking for another national title, not another Heisman.

That won't be happening this year with Bradford on the bench for a while.
<< <i>Urban needs to step up like Saban. Bama is not dodging anyone. Past two seasons we have started by playing a top ten team. >>
I know what you're saying, but the SEC and national championship goes through Florida this year once again.
Florida beat Bama last year, and Bama may get another shot at them this year in the SEC CG.
Florida ain't dodging anyone. Are the other teams knocking down their door for a date at the Swamp ? I doubt it.

Sorry, maybe I wasn't as clear as I coulda been - what I meant would be playing out again this year is Tebow (and many of Florida's starters) being pulled before the game is over. Bradford by all accounts is a good person & a great player, I hope he gets better soon.
<< <i>If there was ever a player that deserved to get paid for playing college football, it has to be Tebow. How much money has he made for the university in the last 2 years? How much money has he made for the school for the next 10-15 years? How many recruits will be playing in Florida in the future thanks to Tebow? >>
No doubt. He really is royalty around here...one restaurant on University Ave even carved a statue in his image out of a tree!! His legacy will be unmatched when it's all said & done. I'm proud we've got a guy like this on our team. The SI cover story on him a month or so back really sheads light on who he is aas a person.
