Is there a way to block these buyers on Ebay?

Is there a way to block these buyers on Ebay? xxxx7(Private). It seems every time I have to deal with one of these buyers with private feedback (BINGO) something is wrong with the item and they want a partial refund (to help me out) or on very rare occasion they just want a full refund which I usually accredit to (buyers remorse).
I now understand why so many sellers are going to all sales final (No returns) yea yea I know Paypal rules and know this doesn't fly even on graded cards and coins. just ticked off. gotta love ebay (private feedback buyers).

go to help on ebay-----If you don't wish to sell to certain eBay members, you can put them on your blocked list. Members on that list will be unable to bid on any of your listings until you remove them from the list. You can block up to 5000 User IDs.

Private FB EBAYers cannot be blocked, until AFTER they have bid.
Just cancel their bid and put them on your BBL. (If they bid too late,
there is nothing you can do.)
You can put in your listing that:
"I Do Not Sell To Bidders With Private Feedback. If You Have Private Feedback, Do Not Bid Or Buy Here."
If they bid/bin anyway, they can be reported to EBAY as "unwelcome
bidders." (EBAY will encourage you to complete the sale, but just keep
trying until you get a supervisor. Such buyers cannot leave NEGs.)
<< <i>Why would you block a private feedback person if they had 100% ? >>
Because all buyers have 100% feedback now that sellers can only leave positive feedback.
So there is no real reason to have private feedback unless you are just trying to hide the feedback that you leave for sellers, or the false positives that they receive when the blackmail for a reduced price didn't work.
Ebay just continues to get worst for the sellers on all levels, whether a powerseller that list 10000 items a month or the casual seller that list 5 to 10 items a month.
ah just blowing off steam here, guess I have just had some bad luck recently with (private) feedback that want to renegotiate price
after the fact.

Why would you need to make your feedback private???

1. You don't want folks to easily see what you have bought.
2. You don't want folks to see the scam-based NEGs you have left for sellers.
3. You don't want folks to see the soft-pos-FB that your victims have left you.
