thats a tough one, its all there for a 66 but my guess is they grades 65

Another vote for 66RD. This isn't a particularly tough date in 66RD so I can see it getting the benefit of the doubt.

Since it has the little prongs holding it in place, can it still be a rattler? It dont rattle! This was slabbed around 1986 or so?
