Thanks. I didn't buy it as a FBL anyway but was wondering. It's a very pretty coin that I'm working on trying to take good pictures of. I thought I had it but realized there is a big grey fuzz blob just above and right of the date that is not actually on the coin I'm still working on it.
This is my first attempt at photographing a toner of this type.
Long ago there was a collectors club for Franklins. I believe it was the FHDCC. They issued certs for grade with each side graded. They wouldn't call a coin FBL without the sideburns on Franklin showing the wisps of hair. That meant the strike was good.

This really takes away from my confirming the designation or not-confirming it.
For now I have to say "No"
Edit: The lines are strong near the edges of the bell, but decrease visually as they approach the bell crack.
PCGS looks at the bottom set of lines while NGC looks at both sets of lines.
