1986 Topps #571 Billy Ripken??

I was messing around with the "Ripken Pop Report" page and I discovered something that made me say "¿Qué?". It lists in the 1986 Topps Baseball Pop Report that #571 is Billy Ripken. This slot is supposed to be Mike Jeffcoat. The Pop Report also claims that the #571 "Billy Ripken" is a Pop 1 under "Authentic", and nothing else, and no "#571 Mike Jeffcoat" is listed. I also looked under the 1986 Topps Set Registry, and it's listed correctly as Mike Jeffcoat, but the spec number is missing, usually meaning none have been graded yet.

Just wondering why PSA has Billy Ripken listed as #571, and what Billy Ripken card did they Authenticate?? Craziness...

Had to be a mislabeled flip by PSA that was never corrected.

AH-HA!! The 1989 Topps Bill Ripken is also #571! You're right, it must have been mislabeled! and since it was slabbed Authentic, it was probably autographed. Good call...
