Gallen Sports Productions - Anyone Know if they are legit?

I have an opportunity to purchase some signed baseballs, one of which has a COA from Gallen Sports Productions. Does anyone know anything about them and if they are a reputable authenticator?

Not sure if it is the same person but there is a promoter near Cleveland who I believe is named Greg Gallen who puts on shows. I've been to them in the past. I would think they would be ok since he always had his guests signing other things between paying customers, but can't validate 100%. al.
