As far as large rotation Morgans go, 1878-CC is by far the most common. But it's a CC date that often comes in mint state and is usually attractive, so they are VERY popular.
The premium for Mint State coins is actually pretty strong, especially in MS64 and less (where prices are lower) with a sizeable rotation like yours. If it were my coin, I'd want at least 50% more for it, and I've seen plenty of them priced at 100% more.
If a rotated die is is a full 180 degrees, then yes it's partially rotated as being only 90-93 degrees. Sorry, not use to all the error and variety terms yet.
