Is there a standard deduction for a print "bubble?"

Assuming a card is pack fresh, centered and mint - what grade would it get with a small print bubble? Does anyone have any personal experience with this issue?

I got a PSA 9 on a 1983 Topps Gwynn one time, but I thought the grade was generous.

I had a perfect Ripken 82 traded with a yellow bubble...

was at least a 9 - chance at a 10....

bubble got me 6.5

Like with print spots, it depends on the size and location of the bubble
If it's on the player's face and noticeable, expect a good deduction, at least 2 grades IME
It it's small and doesn't affect the appearance of the card, it could still get a 9
